【摘要】:ISO13628:2002givesfunctionalrequirementsandguidelinesforROVinterfacesonsubseaproductionsystemsforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.ItisapplicabletoboththeselectionanduseofROVinterfacesonsubseaproductionequipment,andprovidesguidanceondesignaswellastheoperationalrequirementsformaximisingthepotentialofstandardequipmentanddesignprinciples.TheauditableinformationforsubseasystemsitofferswillallowinterfacingandactuationbyROV-operatedsystems,whiletheissuesitidentifiesarethosethathavetobeconsideredwhendesigninginterfacesonsubseaproductionsystems.Theframeworkanddetailedspecificationssetoutwillenabletheusertoselectthecorrectinterfaceforaspecificapplication.

【摘要】:Subjecttothelimitationslistedin1.3,thesetestmethodscanbeusedtooptimizepaintapplicationprocesses.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofthetransferefficiencyofspray-appliedcoatingsundergeneralplantconditions.Transferefficiencyistheratioofpaintsolidsdepositedtothetotalpaintsolidsusedduringtheapplicationprocess,expressedasapercent.1.2Thetransferefficiencyiscalculatedfromtheweightorvolumeofthepaintsolidssprayedandthatofthepaintsolidsdepositedonthepaintedpart.1.3Limitationsincludetheabilitytoaccuratelydeterminetheamountofpaintsolidsdepositedonthepartandthecapabilityofaccuratemeasurementoftheamountofpaintsprayed.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Note18212;Thesetestmethodsapplytogeneralplantproductionequipmentandprocedures.AmethodspecifictoautomotiveplantsisdefinedinTestMethodD5066.Note28212;Therelationshipbetweenvolatileorganiccompoundemissionratesandtransferefficiencyinautomobileandlightdutytrucktopcoatoperations,EPA450/3-88-018,referencedinTestMethodD5066doesnotapplytogeneralproductionfacilities.Note38212;Asingle-pointtransferefficiencymeasurementmaynotrepresenttheentireprocess.Note48212;Theoperatorandthespray-applicationequipment-operatingconditionsduringthetransferefficiencymeasurementshouldberepresentativeofnormaloperatingconditions.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ForspecifichazardstatementsseeSection7,and10.3.1.Note58212;ThesetestmethodshavenotbeenadoptedbyfederalregulatoryagenciesfordemonstrationofcompliancewithairpollutionregulationssuchasVOC,HAPS,etc.
