【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesthebasicprinciplesforcarryingoutvibrationmeasurementandprocessingdata,withregardtoevaluatingvi-brationeffectsonbuildings.Itdoesnotcoverthesourceofexcitationexceptinsofarasthesourcedictatesdynamicrange,frequencyorotherparam-eters.Theevaluationoftheeffectsofbuildingvi-brationisprimarilydirectedatstructuralresponse,andincludesappropriateanalyticalmethodswherethefrequency,durationandamplitudecanbede-fined.ThisInternationalStandardonlydealswiththemeasurementofstructuralvibrationandexcludesthemeasurementofairbornesoundpressureandotherpressurefluctuationsalthoughresponsetosuchexcitationsistakenintoconsideration.Abuilding,forthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,isdefinedasanyabove-groundstructure,whichmanfrequentlyinhabits.Thisexcludesfromconsiderationcertainitemsofplant,forexamplecolumns,stacks,headframe,containments,eventhoughtheymayreceiveintermittentvisitsfromop-eratingstaff.Thestructuralresponseofbuildingsdependsupontheexcitation;tothisendthisInternationalStandardexaminesthemethodsofmeasurementsasaffectedbythesource,i.e.frequency,duration,andampli-tudesasinducedbyanysource,suchasearth-quakes,explosions,windeffects,sonicbooms,internalmachinery,traffic,constructionactivitiesandothers.NOTE1Therearedifferencesbetweenearthquakesandman-madevibrationswhichaffectrecordingconditions.Earthquake-fault-rupturesourcesarelargeinsizeandmuchdeeperthanmostman-madesources.Theycancausedamageatgreatdistances,havemuchgreateren-ergyfluxanddurationandadifferentpatternofwavepropagation.Consequently,forthesameparametervalue(forexamplepeakparticlevelocity),theeffectsonbuildingsaredifferent.

【摘要】:ThispartofEN14483describesatestmethodforthedeterminationoftheresistanceofvitreousandporcelainenamelledarticlestoattackbyalkalineliquidsattemperaturesbetween25℃and95℃.Theapparatususedinthissectionisahexagonalvesselinwhich6enamelledspecimensaresimultaneoustested.NOTE1Theresistancetoanyalkalineliquidcanbetested.However,thetestmethodwasoriginalmadeforthedeterminationoftheresistancetohotdetergentsolutions,withintheneutralandalkalinerange,usedforwashingtextiles.NOTE2Sincedetergentsarecontinuallysubjecttoalterationsintheircomposition,astandardtestsolutionisspecifiedwhich,inrespecttoitsalkalinity,wettingpropertyandcomplexingbehaviour,canbeconsideredasatypicalcompositionforthedetergentsatpresentonthemarket.ThepHvalueandalkalinityofthestandardtestsolutiondependontheproportionsofsodiumtripolyphosphate,sodiumcarbonateandsodiumperboratepresent;sodiumtripolyphosphateactssimultaneouslyasacomplexingagent.Thewettingpropertyofthestandardtestsolutionisobtainedbytheadditionofalkylsulphonate.Ahighersodiumperboratecontentisnotconsiderednecessarysincetheeffectofoxygenonenamelisunimportant,andanincreaseintheperboratecontentdoesnotcauseanyconsiderablealterationinthealkalinityofthestandardtestsolution.Thetestingofdifferentenamelsusingthisstandardtestsolutionandothertestsolutions(including5%sodiumpyrophosphatesolution)hasjustifiedtheuseofthisstandardtestsolutionfordeterminingtheresistanceofenamelstohotdetergentsolutions.
