适用范围
本规定是为促进我国化工工程公司与国际接轨，参照国外工程公司的有关资料和总结国内工程设计的实践经验而编写的，适用于以国际通用设计体制和方法进行化工生产装置、装置间的外管、装卸站及罐区等的配管设计。本规定旨在保证设计质量、提高设计水平，使设计做到技术先进、经济合理、安全实用。同时，对提高化工管道设计人员和有关专业人员的设计水平具有重要的指导作用。
