适用范围
本标准规定了对按照GB 9695．1肉与肉制品 游离脂肪含量的测定得到的脂类制备脂肪酸甲酯的方法以及脂肪酸甲酯混合物成分用气相色谱进行定性定量测定的方法。本标准适用于肉和肉制品中脂肪酸的测定。本标准不适用于测定聚合的脂肪酸。
